A Legal Practice Built on Experience, Integrity & Community

Who We Are: A Boutique General Law Practice Serving the Hopkinton Community, & Clients Across New Hampshire

At AA Archambault PLLC, we believe legal work should be human-first. That means listening before speaking, explaining before advising, and always serving with compassion. Our Hopkinton-based general practice firm blends a personal, small-town approach with deep experience in law, business, and technology. It’s a combination that helps us connect with a wide range of clients across New Hampshire—and serve them well.

We focus on three key areas: personal law, business law, and real estate law. Whether helping a local family draft an estate plan, guiding a startup founder through Intellectual Property concerns and contract strategy, or reviewing a real estate transaction, we provide straightforward, strategic legal solutions built around the people we serve.

Meet Aaron Archambault

Aaron A. Archambault founded AA Archambault PLLC to return to the core of what it means to be a lawyer: helping people.

Before launching the firm, Aaron spent more than two decades in the tech and telecommunications industries, founding and exiting a successful IT/VoIP business, IPNetVoice. He also worked in Intellectual Property law at Globalwide IP, advised businesses at Ascentage Law, and taught as an adjunct professor at Champlain College and RIT.

His business background includes strategic leadership, mergers & acquisitions, cybersecurity, AI consulting, and international IP. His legal experience includes business formation, contracts, estate planning, landlord/tenant law, and corporate guidance for startups and tech-driven companies. He holds a J.D., MBA, and B.S. in IT.

This breadth of experience—from server rooms and boardrooms to courtrooms and classrooms—gives Aaron a practical, empathetic edge that clients appreciate. Today, he uses that wide-ranging perspective to offer legal advice that’s as grounded as it is insightful.

Tony Soltani — Senior Attorney

Tony Soltani brings more than three decades of courtroom experience to A.A. Archambault PLLC. Over his career, Tony has served as lead or sole counsel in dozens of jury trials, more than one hundred bench trials, and numerous appeals in New Hampshire's state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Maine, including the federal district courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Tony's path to the law was anything but typical. Before and during his legal career, he served as a police officer, in the United States Coast Guard Reserve, and for fourteen years as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives — experience that gives him a rare, ground-level understanding of how laws are written, enforced, and challenged. He has also spent more than two decades teaching law, criminal justice, and government as an adjunct professor.

Tony focuses his practice on personal injury, criminal defense, civil rights, and civil litigation. He earned his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center (now UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law) and his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.

Meet Our Paralegal, Emelia

Emelia holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently a law student at Massachusetts School of Law working towards her JD.

Before joining the firm, she worked in law enforcement and as a case manager in alternative justice, where she spent her days tracking people, deadlines, and obligations across a system not especially designed to make that easy.

That turns out to be excellent preparation for a small town law firm. Emelia assists with drafting and research, helps handle client communication, and manages the administrative work that turns a good legal strategy into an actual filed document; which is to say she spends a fair portion of her day keeping the Aaron and Tony ship pointed in roughly the right direction.
