New Hampshire Law Firm Bridging Innovation & Community

Compassionate Legal Services Rooted in Hopkinton, NH

At AA Archambault Law PLLC, we believe legal services should be as accessible as they are effective. Located in Hopkinton, NH, our boutique general practice law firm is grounded in two core values: providing compassionate service to our neighbors and leveraging deep business and technology experience to guide clients across New Hampshire.

Attorney Aaron Archambault’s path to founding the firm is anything but typical. After decades leading successful ventures in IT and telecommunications, serving as an adjunct professor, and advising companies on intellectual property and AI, Aaron returned to what originally drew him to law: helping people. AA Archambault Law PLLC was born from that mission.

Whether you’re a Hopkinton resident needing a will, a tech entrepreneur in Manchester navigating intellectual property concerns, or a landlord in Concord working through a complex lease, we’re here to offer down-to-earth, thoughtful legal support. From local title transfers to statewide business formations, we provide honest, transparent advice and practical legal solutions that help you move forward with confidence.

Meet Our Team: Attorneys Aaron Archambault and Tony Soltani

Two attorneys, two very different roads into the law — and a combined range that covers most of what New Hampshire families and businesses actually need.

Aaron Archambault, Managing Member
Aaron spent three decades building and exiting companies in IT and telecommunications, teaching as an adjunct professor, and advising businesses on intellectual property and AI before returning to what drew him to law in the first place: helping people. He handles estate planning, business, real estate, and IP matters, and he understands your business because he's run one.

Tony Soltani, Senior Attorney
Tony brings more than thirty years in the courtroom — dozens of jury trials, over a hundred bench trials, and appeals in New Hampshire's state and federal courts. He served as a police officer, in the Coast Guard Reserve, and for fourteen years in the New Hampshire House, and he focuses on personal injury, criminal defense, civil rights, and civil litigation.

Emelia, Paralegal

Emelia rounds out the team, keeping matters moving between the two of them and you.
